For many years I started and quit DVD programs, gym memberships, personal training sessions, and "ways to eat". Of course, no one calls them diets anymore, but the high carb, low carb, carb loading, intermittent fasting...etc. all those "lifestyles", whatever people call them, well, they just wouldn't work for me. It's not that they weren't effective ways to shred fat, but they were too restrictive and stressful to me, and I just couldn't follow up with them long enough to see results.
When I first heard of the 21 days fix, I was sold. 21 days, 30 minute workouts, THAT I could do.
Right? Well, apparently not. After 8 days, I quit. I couldn't believe myself. I couldn't stick to 21 days??? What was wrong with me?
Well, what was wrong with me was that I lacked SUPPORT.
Last October I joined Beachbody as a coach, and my life completely changed.
I gave the 21 Day Fix another try, but this time, with the motivation of my coach, and the support of a TEAM. Every day, I was tackling my workout alongside a bunch of other women, if I ever felt like I wanted to skip, they'd be right there to put me back on the road.
I lost 10 lbs. Gained so much confidence. And started encouraging others in their journeys.
